Papaya Coconut Smoothie

Did you know that papaya seeds can protect your body against parasites?  Papaya is known for helping your body digest better and fight against disease.  So this would be a great fruit to add to your smoothies or just have it on its own. In this recipe you can add almond milk or coconut milk or even vanilla!

 

1/2 of a papaya fruit

1 cup of coconut or almond milk – or 1/2 milk and 1/2 water

1-2 drops of edible vanilla essential oil

2 tablespoons of hemp seeds

(can add vegan vanilla protein powder for an extra boost)
